Director of Resource Development
The Director of Resource Development (the Director) must be a creative, entrepreneurial self-starter who is results oriented and committed to working as part of a team. This position is responsible for providing leadership and management of the direction, planning, and execution of all resource development related activities of the Fund. This includes, but is not limited to, the direct mail program, special events, major donor and planned giving, donor advised fund program, corporate, foundation, and tribal resource development. Donor Advised Fund Development Officer
This position is responsible for initiating and managing the Fund's Donor Advised Fund program. This includes seeking out funding opportunities and developing and implementing initiatives to identify, cultivate and solicit prospects to grow the program and meet revenue goals that are set on an annual basis. This position is also responsible for the recognition and stewardship of donors utilizing the donor advised fund platform and other methods of stewardship. Resource Development Administrative Assistant
The Resource Development Assistant for the Corporate and Foundation Relations teams supports the organization in the management of corporate, foundation and tribal fundraising. The position requires independent work on multiple projects and is responsible for the general administrative tasks for the two departments. Additionally, the Resource Development Assistant serves as an administrative liaison internally with other Fund departments. Primary job duties will focus on fundraising efforts and supporting the Corporate and Foundation Relations teams with their various responsibilities. Individual Giving Administrative Assistant
The Individual Giving Administrative Assistant (Administrative Assistant) provides superior professional assistance and fundraising support as a member of the Individual Giving team with an emphasis on the annual giving, monthly giving, workplace giving, honor and memorial gifts, donor relations and stewardship activities. The Administrative Assistant also works with the Director of Major Donors and Planned Giving on projects involving major gifts and planned giving.
