Scholarships Available

The American Indian College Fund provides scholarship support to each tribal college. We also administer several scholarship programs offered to American Indian students attending tribal colleges and state and private universities.

Tribal College General Scholarship Program
The tribal colleges and universities determine student eligibility and award the scholarships. If you are interested in applying for this program, click here.

Once you have submitted your online application follow up with your tribal college financial aid office.

Tribal College Special Scholarship Program
We are no longer accepting applications for 2009-2010. Please visit our website in January 2010 to complete an application for 2010-11. Scholarship recipients for 2009-10 will be notified in August.

The Austin Family Scholarship Endowment
The Austin Family Scholarship Endowment was established by Leah Meyer Austin in partnership with the American Indian College Fund to celebrate the lives of her husband, Sam Marion Austin, and his sisters, Wauhillau Austin Gale and Malacha Austin Gaddy. This Program commemorates the three siblings' Choctaw heritage, their love of the state of Oklahoma, and the value they and their families placed on obtaining college degrees.
